• Account Registration: When you sign up, we collect your Full Name and Phone Number.
• Verification: To ensure the security of our community, we verify your phone number via a One-Time Password (OTP).
• Delivery Information: We collect your Delivery Address (including street, building, and apartment details) to ensure accurate delivery of your meals.

• Location Data: With your permission, we may collect your precise or approximate location to show you Home Cooks in your neighborhood and to track delivery progress.
• Device Information: We may collect details about the device you use to access the app (e.g., device model, operating system) to help us troubleshoot technical issues.

We use your data for the following specific purposes:

• Service Fulfillment: To process your orders and facilitate the delivery of meals from Home Cooks to your doorstep.
• Identity Verification: To verify your phone number via OTP, preventing fraud and ensuring a secure environment for both customers and cooks.
• Communication: To send you real-time updates regarding your order status (e.g., "Order Accepted," "Out for Delivery") and push notifications for offers (if you have opted in).
• Customer Support: To assist you with any inquiries or issues regarding your orders.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share your information with the parties directly involved in fulfilling your order:

• Home Cooks: We share your First Name and specific order details with the Home Cook preparing your meal.
• Delivery Partners: We share your Name, Phone Number, and Delivery Address with the delivery representative (courier) to ensure they can find your location and contact you upon arrival.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by Egyptian law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).

• We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
• Your data is stored on secure servers. We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

Under the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law, you have the following rights:

• Right to Correction: You can update your profile information (Name, Address) directly within the app settings.
